You may wonder what's happening in Myanmar. The recent military coup in Myanmar (formerly Burma) thrust this country on the world’s stage and raised awareness around the world. Social media savvy teens and twenty-somethings known as “Generation Z” or “GenZ” drive most of the information. After losing the majority in the Parliament through an election in November, the military Junta took control through a violent coup on February 1st when the elected parliament gathered for their first session.

ACT: Respond to the Circumstances
Adopt an Unreached People Group Live Global has identified people groups that are less than 1% Christian and currently have no Scripture written in their mother tongue. You can adopt a people group by committing to pray for them, commit to financially provide the initial start-up costs to get a Gospel booklet in their mother tongue, and commit to advocate for the adoption of more people groups.
Compassion and Relief When the countries and cultures where our national partners serve enter into a time of hardship, we want to help. Natural disasters, disease outbreaks, or financial downturns can cause challenges that are out of the ordinary for our partners' ministries and give us an opportunity to show the compassion of Jesus and provide relief.
