So what? Everyone knows that God exists and is infinitely powerful.
2. God has determined the exact time and place of our lives so that we will seek God under the most propitious circumstances as determined by His perfect wisdom (Acts 17:26-27).
So what? God has placed everyone in the perfect time and place for them to seek God.
3. God has put the “work of the Law in their hearts” and given them a conscience (Rom 2:14-15). The “law” declares sinners “guilty” (Rom 3:19-20) and leads them to Christ (Gal 3:24); “guardian” or “tutor” in some versions of v.24 is paidagogos which was a servant who took a child to school and back.
So what? Everyone has been given a conscience, knows they are sinners, and need a Savior.
4. God is constantly searching for those who really want to know Him (2 Chron 16:9; cf. Proverbs 5:21; 15:3; Jeremiah 32:19).
So what? God is actively looking for those seeking Him.
5. God has promised to answer all who seek Him (Matt 7:7-8) with all their heart (Psalm 119:2; Jeremiah 29:13) i.e., as most people seek money and wealth (Prov 2:3-5), and will even send angels to reach those who want to know more (Acts 10).
So what? If anyone seeks God, they WILL find Him.
6. God has sent Jesus Christ into the world to give Light to seek Him (John 1:9; 8:12; 12:46). This is the “drawing” power of the cross.
So what? This giving of this “light” overcomes the infirmity of Eph 2:1.
7. And finally, God has sent US to reach those who have not yet heard (Matt 28:19; Mark 16:15; Acts 1:8; 26:18; Romans 10:13-15)!
So what? God has decreed that the transmission of the Gospel be through His servants.
All 7 things taken together mean God has done everything necessary for them to receive the Gospel and be saved. WE just need… to Go!
