Staying in Touch Through Bible Study Online

Words from a pastor friend of Alex and Luba in the Odessa region talking to his people:
"…when all our hopes are shattered, we look for the One who gives eternal hope. It is the Lord who remains the last hope for a person, especially in a trench or in captivity of the enemy. The Lord said, 'Surely I will deliver you for a good purpose; surely I will make your enemies plead with you in times of disaster and times of distress' (Jeremiah 15:11). Only the Lord opens the perspective of the future, despite the illusory nature of the present.”
Alex Abramov went through an overview of the book of Ecclesiastes with youth from their church in Odessa. They are scattered around the world for now but are trying to stay in touch though Bible study together online. Coming soon they will again have a Bible understanding contest which encourages them to dive deep in Bible study in small groups.

Join us in praying for Alex as he serves, teaches, and disciples the people of Ukraine from afar during the war.
