War Victims Learn Biblical Truths to Heal from Trauma
Work in Progress: Ethiopia
A bloody civil war in Northern Ethiopia has caused famine, displacement, and a refugee crisis. A national pastor invited a North American team to bring gospel-centered trauma healing to a group of 50 pastors and church leaders. Through gospel stories, this trauma response training provided healing opportunities. Now, this team of 50 national pastors and church leaders are multiplying the hope of the gospel among others in their community and country.
India Church Leaders Are Hungry for Theological Training

In Central India, there is a group of over 100,000 Christians making up more than 1,000 churches. Most of them began through the efforts of foreign missionaries years ago before the country asked them to leave. Now, all those churches are led by a group of only 40 pastors, among whom only a handful have theological training. The Christians asked to speak in each church on Sunday are given a brief outline from a pastor, but it’s no wonder confusion and error are creeping in. The leadership are selective and cautions of who they ask to speak, but still they’ve invited Live Global to come alongside them in training in every aspect of their ministry. It’s their eagerness that compels us to find the best and most willing people to step up to this opportunity.
