About Reaching Haitian Immigrants with Pastor Ramon
Pastor Ramon and his team have a burden to see the more than 2 million Haitian immigrants who are living in the Dominican Republic reached with the Gospel. Many of these Haitian immigrants work in the bateyes (sugar cane plantations) day in and day out, earning only $2 per day.
The Reaching Haitian Immigrants project in the Dominican Republic is a multi-faceted ministry. So far, God is working in the following ways:
- - A church plant
- - A Christian school
- - A medical clinic
- - An orphanage
- - A special needs school
- - A seminary
