About the Ministry
By definition, the whole country of Bangladesh could be considered unreached. In 2009, Witness Ministries' founder, Jacob, was praying for a revival and the Lord let him to begin this ministry to equip and train the next generation for Christ.
They knew that God's Word is the source for equipping and so they began a bi-weekly Bible study. This also led to evangelistic community outreach to the underprivileged as they continue to pray for God to save Bangladeshis. Goals for Witness Ministries include the development of a discipleship curriculum, multiplying leaders, and focusing on reaching the next generation for Christ.
Ministry Focuses
Meet the Founder and Leader: Jacob
Jacob had little chance of surviving childbirth, but God sustained his life. Jacob's parents love the Lord and raised Jacob in the fear of the Lord. In 1995, after the Sunday sermon, Jacob's dad asked him if he wanted to accept Jesus as his personal Savior that day. From there, Jacob has grown in sanctification and theological understanding. He's gained multiple degrees, including a Masters of Theology, and also an abundance of leadership and ministry training as he's prepared for the role God has given him. Jacob is married to Meagan and they are excited to raise their first child.
Prayer Requests
