About the Ministry

Reaching Generations is a ministry dedicated to strengthening children’s ministry by connecting churches, equipping teachers, and walking alongside pastors and leaders who desire to serve children with excellence, love, and a strong biblical foundation. Rooted in Psalm 78:6–7—“so the next generation would know… and put their trust in God and not forget His deeds”—the ministry was founded and is led by Rhode Peña Anillo, a missionary, author, and leadership developer. Born out of a deep passion to see the next generation grow with a firm faith and a heart sensitive to God, Reaching Generations exists to help children flourish spiritually, even in challenging circumstances. Based in the Caribbean, with team members serving across multiple provinces, the ministry is uniquely positioned to serve churches throughout the Caribbean in a contextual, relational, and effective way.

Through collaboration, training, and pastoral support, Reaching Generations works hand in hand with local churches to strengthen children’s ministries and extend hope to families and communities. The ministry provides biblical curricula, leadership training, specialized workshops, and creative programs such as Bible competitions and children’s worship initiatives. Beyond the church walls, Reaching Generations engages in community outreach through sports programs, hospital support, community kitchens, sewing ministries, care for children with disabilities, and ongoing accompaniment of vulnerable families. Guided by the conviction that children who believe in Jesus are part of the Church today and its leaders tomorrow, the ministry seeks to promote, connect, and equip leaders—believing that the impact made in a child’s life today can transform families, churches, and even nations for generations to come.
