About the Ministry
At the heart of Rhode’s ministry is a deep love for women and children and a desire to see them flourish in Christ. Through *Reaching Generations*, she equips and mentors children’s ministry leaders across the Caribbean and beyond—helping teachers and church leaders move beyond routine programs into Spirit-led, Scripture-rooted discipleship. Through *Florecer*, Rhode walks alongside women in seasons of healing, resilience, and growth, creating space for restoration and renewed purpose. Whether training leaders, discipling women, or strengthening local churches, Rhode’s ministry is grounded in relationships and driven by the conviction that when leaders are formed well, entire generations can be transformed.

Meet the Leader: Rhode
Rhode Peña’s journey of faith began early in her hometown where she started serving and leading in her local church as a young girl. More than 30 years later, her life continues to reflect a simple but profound calling: to serve God faithfully and invest in others. Along the way, Rhode has ministered in vulnerable communities, crossed cultural and national boundaries, and stepped into regional and international leadership roles, including serving as Vice President of the Latin American Baptist Women’s Union and as an international missionary with Child Evangelism Fellowship. With formal training in theology and a master’s degree in Christian Administration and Leadership, Rhode brings together biblical depth, pastoral care, and a heart shaped by years of walking closely with God and His people
