About New Hope Nepal with Pastor Bair
In Nepal, many families celebrate when they give birth to a girl because it means when the girl turns 9, they can make a profit by selling her or involving her in the sex trade. Poverty is rampant in Nepal and education is minimal. And the majority religions of the country offer no hope.
That's why New Hope Nepal reaches into communities of the vulnerable, poor, and needy, giving them hope to look beyond a worldly, materialistic livelihood. New Hope Nepal operates in several avenues to reach these communities for Christ, anti human trafficking efforts being the primary way.
The organization is involved in rescues, rehabilitation, training, spiritual and physical help, plus a multitude of preventative programs to save souls physically and spiritually.
In addition to anti human trafficking efforts, New Hope Nepal works in prisons, slavery communities, education ministry, food and clothing relief, health camps, and in micro finance efforts, all with the primary goal and focus being to communicate the Gospel clearly to everyone so that many may call on the name of the Lord Jesus for salvation.
