This time has been ripe with opportunity for national Christians living in Eastern Europe to share the Gospel as they care deeply for individual refugees.

One Ukrainian refugee has three kids and tuberculosis and needed his medication.

One refugee whose husband is in the Ukrainian military gave birth during the crisis and needed a place to stay, plus food and baby clothes, after she got out of the hospital.

Changing the Course of Ukrainian Refugee Stories

Moldova has been flooded with refugees after the war began and local pastors have stepped up to meet physical and spiritual needs. Pastor Vasiliy, the leader of the Evangelism and Caring for the Poor project has been stepping right alongside Moldovan local pastors to offer spiritual and monetary support.

Because North Americans gave financially to Pastor Vasiliy's work, he was able to give $300 for medication needs, food and clothes for the mom in need, and gift local pastors with larger financial sums to support their Gospel refugee work.

From Ukrainian Refugee Stories to the God Story

Throughout Pastor Vasiliy's refugee ministry, he preached for several days and said, "Some of them were very interested in Christ, The local church continues to do evangelism with refugee people and local unbelievers. I believe that some of them will come to the Lord."
