Recovering from Cancer for God's Glory

I know that the situation over there is not so safe but we are under the control of our God. Let Jesus lead me on this mission trip for His glory.

A Desire for Ukraine

Pastor Vasiliy leads the Evangelism and Caring for the Poor project in Moldova, a neighboring country of Ukraine. He and his wife, Olga, hope to travel into Ukraine to take money and provisions for the orphanages, poor families, the sick, and local pastors. 

This desire is notable because Olga is recovering from cancer.

She saw the oncology doctor in March. It was an encouraging appointment and the tests were good. There are some residual effects from the chemo and surgery. The doctor is working to help her with this.

Regardless of the outcome, we agree with Vasiliy and Olga that “God has answered our prayers, Praise to Him!”

Preaching Throughout Moldova

Because of God’s good health report, Pastor Vasiliy and Olga did go on a trip to 14 villages throughout their home country of Moldova. They trusted God for the trip and bought one-way plane tickets in case they needed to pursue healthcare.

By God’s grace, they were able to train new pastors and encourage people there.
