Leviticus in the Villages
Evangelism in the hills of Moldova is slow and difficult, but it is fruit-bearing through faithful men and women of God. The Lord has raised up some key ministry leaders who focus on reaching poor families in the villages. Because leaders like Pastor Victor and his wife are able to minister to physical needs as well as spiritual, doors are fairly open for gospel work.

Preaching Leviticus 11
Recently, Pastor Victor planned an outreach with members from his church to go into several villages for a time of prayer and fasting. The subject of the message was Leviticus 11:44: "For I am the Lord your God. Consecrate yourselves therefore, and be holy, for I am holy."
But, in the blood of Christ, we have been forgiven.
And after the message, Pastor Victor reported witnessing many people confess their sins, some for the first time.
Praise God that people just like you and me, who once were walking in the flesh and gratifying sinful desires are now walking in the spirit, being freed from the law (Galatians 5:16-21).
Spiritual Health and Physical Sickness
As God continues to work in the villages of Moldova, people are turning from their sin to the Kingdom of God. The Holy Spirit is touching people's hearts.
But, as Satan often works, when spiritual health is complete, physical health can take a turn for the worse. Many people in Moldova, especially the poor areas, face health challenges like the flu and other sicknesses. Pastor Victor himself came down with the flu after the outreach.
People need medicine but can't get it because they are poor and live far from any major city.
Again, the work is tough, but God is faithful to bear fruit and to sustain His children through the power of the Holy Spirit.
