About Beacon Baptist Theological College and Seminary

Beacon Baptist Theological College and Seminary in India, prepares students for church ministry and missions through theological education. They train students from multiple regions in India as well as surrounding countries. Many of their students go on to become church planters.

Beacon's founder, Dr. Samson Sathish Divakar, has a vision to train Christian leaders to advance the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout India and neighboring countries. He has established a multi-faceted ministry to accomplish this purpose.

Meet the Seminary President: Satish Divakar

Divakar family Dr. Samson Satish Divakar is the founder and president of Beacon Baptist Theological College & Seminary in India because of his passion to train his own people in sound, biblical theology and doctrine. Fully qualified for his position, Dr. Satish has himself received a Doctor of Ministry degree from a seminary in the United States. Dr. Satish and his wife Helen are also personally involved in orphanage and education ministries in their city. They have one son.
