Wedding Business Serves the Girls and Sustains Ministry
The wedding business started when girls who lived in the ministry homes were getting old enough to get married. By God's grace, He had transformed these girls' lives from victimhood and trauma to Spirit-filled hope. And many of them chose to get married!
The house parents wanted a way for girls to be able to get wedding dresses, photos, makeup, invitations, and cakes for their weddings. They also saw an opportunity to turn this into a for-profit wedding business, which would build an income to sustain the Anti-Trafficking Ministry longterm and teach the girls in the homes valuable business skills for their futures.
People around the world have donated their wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses. Others have moved to the country to teach girls how to sew, bake, and craft. This wedding business is one way God uses business as mission!
